Roaming promo, airport SIM, or Dayo?

Roaming promos only work on your own network's SIM and come in small packs. Miss one and pay-per-use roaming can cost hundreds of pesos per MB. An airport SIM means a queue and swapping out your number.

Questions, answered

What is an eSIM?

A SIM card that's built into your phone. Instead of swapping a plastic card, you install a travel plan in a couple of minutes, and your regular SIM stays where it is.

Do I need the app?

Yes. You buy, install and top up in the Dayo app. It's free, and it walks you through setup on your exact phone.

Is it cheaper than roaming?

Usually by a lot. Roaming charges by the day, while a Dayo plan is one price for the whole trip. The app shows your saving on each plan before you buy.

When do my plan's days start?

When your phone first connects to a network in your destination, not when you buy or install. Install a few days before you fly, then turn Dayo on when you land.
